What's up with the wiki?

Encase you don't know what I'm talking about, the wiki is at snailwiki.great-site.net.

For starters, HTTPS doesn't work, which is really bad, since there's an account system, with usernames, passwords, and emails.
Secondly, it's not hosted on a wikifarm, and while that's not bad, I'm pretty sure a farm like Miraheze would be far better than a hosting with a non-specific PHP and MySQL server.
Finally, the wiki is really empty. There's only 14 pages that have been created in total, and the wiki was opened in May.

Can someone explain to me why the wiki is like this?

The wiki is kinda awful, the reason it doesnt work with HTTPS is because (i think) mr_rudy used infinityfree.com which has really shitty support with SSL

dumo178 Yea I'd move the pages if anyone can (the PenguinMod wiki moved from Fandom by importing, though Snail IDE may not have to do that because there's less than 20 articles at the moment, while the PenguinMod Wiki on Fandom had more than 400 articles). Also, people can edit with IP addresses, and I feel like that's not a good thing in wikis. I've seen a lot of IP addresses that vandalize, and the person could be using a VPN, hotspot, or be at another location.

dumo178 Hold on, can I or you contact him to ask if someone (you, him, or anyone else) can move all of the articles to a Miraheze wiki? (I know you're not a dev anymore but yea)

I've also noticed you can't make references. Trying to surround a link around a ref tag does nothing, and it just says <ref>{INSERT LINK HERE}</ref>, or at least that's how it shows in the preview.
